Chef Spotlight: Meet Our New Executive Chef!

This Fall season is full of new beginning’s at Sol y Sombra from new dishes, to our new Executive Chef, Cecelia Connolly.

Get to know Chef Cecelia and what you can expect on your next visit to Sol y Sombra:

Prior to joining the Sol y Sombra team, Chef Cecelia graduated from culinary school in 2005 from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Before joining the Sol y Sombra team, she has spent the last ten years working in the Valley at f10 creative, Truss & Twine and The Hyatt, with experience in everything from breakfast, fine dining to catering. Entering into her new role as Executive Chef, Chef Cecelia is looking forward to bringing back some fan favorites along with flavorful new tapas! Chef Cecelia and the rest of the Sol y Sombra team, can’t wait to welcome you this season, whether you’re a frequent guest or just visiting for the first time!
